Upon reservation, you pay a 50% deposit. After your booking, we will send you an invoice by email; please transfer half of this amount to our bank account. As soon as that invoice is paid, your booking is confirmed. You transfer the remainder of your invoice to us before your holiday; the €100 deposit is payable upon arrival. After inspection upon check-out, you will receive your deposit back provided there are no reasons not to refund it.
The local tourist tax is not yet included in your total amount. You will not see this when you book, but it will appear on the final invoice.
Due to the small scale of our accommodation, payment by debit card or credit card is not possible.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel, that is no problem. However, we do have a few rules:
- If you cancel within 2 weeks of your booking, you will receive your deposit back in full. - If you cancel after 2 weeks of your booking, you will receive your deposit back minus €50 booking fees.
- If you cancel before 4 weeks of arrival, you will receive half of your deposit back.
- If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival, you will not receive your deposit back. In that case, it is advisable to activate your cancellation insurance.
